"What is HEALTH today?"
This was a very dynamic and encompassing discussion on many, many topics and issues around the healthy human in today's world, Do we outsource our health to captured systems?

A critical look at current mental-physical health paradigms through different lenses.
Food- We talk a lot about food systems, and health systems. What's evolutionarily accurate? Meat vs no meat diet. Diet extremism. Milk is a food group?! Canadian food guide SCAM. Carbs bad. Comparing humans to monkeys in anthropology - useful or not useful?
Seasonal diet. The 100 mile diet. Seasonal omnivore. Gut biome. Vegan.
What the heck DOES a human "need" to eat? Don't eat the unethically raised animals: downstream effects are many.

From food issues we end up in areas related to courage, civic duty, spirituality and psychology, nature connection, unplugging the earbuds and engaging with the " good old world", and transhumanism somehow keeps leaking into this discussion. Globalists and their evil plans are brought in. We end up deep into deconstructing the entire covid narrative. Of course I bring Lord of the Rings into this discussion. The hero's journey. All kinds of stuff came up.
