Janet Merran Author ' Top 40 Honeypot' - 70's radio, big money prizes, ritual sex magik.

Janet Merran is the author of the new book “Top 40 Honeypot”
published by Calumet Editions in Minneapolis.

It’s a story about crime, corruption, and the occult in 1970’s Top 40 radio.
Written as a fictitious memoir of a Top 40 radio Program Director, she draws us
into an unexpectedly dark world behind the fun, excitement, and big money contests of pop radio.

Janet is also a Social Media Specialist for numerous Facebook and X accounts.

As an adult learner, she earned her Masters Degree at the University of Minnesota
studying generational cohorts using important references including Strauss and
Howe’s “The Fourth Turning,” Ray Kurzweil’s “The Singularity is Near,” and
“Diffusion of Innovations,” by Everrett Rogers.

Currently, she is a member of Chris Knowles’ “Institute for Advanced Synchromystism”
studying signs and symbols in popular culture, also known as semiotics, and synchronicities
in our everyday lives.

She lives with her spouse in Minnesota, where she enjoys cooking from their organic garden
and boating on one of Minnesota’s 10,000 lakes.
