Janet Merran is the author of the new book “Top 40 Honeypot”published by Calumet Editions in Minneapolis.
It’s a story about crime, corruption, and the occult in 1970’s Top 40 radio.Written as a fictitious memoir of a Top 40 radio Program Director, she draws usinto an unexpectedly dark world behind the fun, excitement, and big money contests of pop radio.
Janet is also a Social Media Specialist for numerous Facebook and X accounts.
As an adult learner, she earned her Masters Degree at the University of Minnesotastudying generational cohorts using important references including Strauss andHowe’s “The Fourth Turning,” Ray Kurzweil’s “The Singularity is Near,” and“Diffusion of Innovations,” by Everrett Rogers.
Currently, she is a member of Chris Knowles’ “Institute for Advanced Synchromystism”studying signs and symbols in popular culture, also known as semiotics, and synchronicitiesin our everyday lives.
She lives with her spouse in Minnesota, where she enjoys cooking from their organic gardenand boating on one of Minnesota’s 10,000 lakes.

I had Andre on a few of my panels on North American geopolitics, and a 2 hour one-on-one where we talked a lot about existentialism. It was interesting to be on the other side of the interview as a guest.
However I have to say that I am not a commentator or orator. I really am best as an interviewer. Nonetheless it was nice to catch up with Andre and talk more on some of those bigger topics, but also to talk about gardening, anarchism and living in a society infested with Lies.
